If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. Returns:
We are confident you will be delighted with our products. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you have 30 days to return your item. All items must be returned in their original condition and retail packaging within 30 days for a full merchandise refund, not including shipping charges. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damages:

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.
