Ingredients:
1-2 scoops of Tri-Release Protein
1 scoop of Greens
Instructions: Combine 4 to 5 ounces of water with the ingredients above, and blend or shake vigorously. If desired, add ice and re-blend. Enjoy 30-60 minutes before bed on any Shake Day. The BBB is not recommended on a Cleanse Day.
Renewal Sleep Support
Twenty minutes before bedtime, spray 1-3 pumps of mist directly into your mouth and hold for one minute prior to swallowing. Gradually increase the amount of Renewal Sleep Support you use over time (up to six sprays) to determine how much you need to promote restful sleep.

Returns:
We are confident you will be delighted with our products. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you have 30 days to return your item. All items must be returned in their original condition and retail packaging within 30 days for a full merchandise refund, not including shipping charges. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
